"My philosophy with injuries is stability and strength overall. A session with me will look like a full assessment, hands on manual therapy work, and rehab and strength exercises after. In my free time, I am an internationally elite powerlifter ranked in the top 20 in my weight class. I am a newlywed and have two dogs who equally love the gym and being outside."

Caitlin is a movement specialist who has been working at a sports injury clinic for 5 years. She has now joined Gym Culture to offer her services to members and non-members. She has a certification in corrective exercise and highly trained in musculoskeletal injuries.
She works with a wide variety of injuries/dysfunctions such as headaches, low back pain, hip and shoulder mobility issues, neck pain, shin splints, and sprains and return to play sports injuries. Anything that is not torn or broken she can help with.
